8, 2010 for all new qualifying clients In
an attempt make legal services more accessible for residents of Williamson County, we provide the following Sliding
Fee Schedule: For cases in other counties, our normal hourly rate of $225.00 per
hour applies. Sliding Fee Scale Requirements: 1. Client must reside in Williamson County and case must be handled in
Williamson County, Texas; 2. Client must meet gross monthly
income requirements and provide proof of income; (under some situations, this is household income); 3. Client must meet asset requirements set for below.
